Raiders Relocators is a full spectrum real estate company with a specialized relocation department. Located in the fiercely competitive housing market of the Oakland, Silicon Valley, and San Francisco area, Raiders Relocators clients are local and international individuals and families, corporations, and HR departments, among others. We offer assistance in home buying and/or selling, mortgage and refinance options, finding rentals and/or tenants, and property management along with the personal touches of finding the best school district, creating a wish list for your residence, and professional and social introductions.
What’s in a name?
The Raiders Relocators concept came to me about three years ago after a conversation with my friend Darius Johnson, who had retired from the military after two deployments to Iraq. His post-service game plan included relocating with his family to Henderson, Nevada, and using his VA money to buy a new-construction home. You see, not only is Nevada far more affordable than Darius’ (and my) hometown region of the San Francisco - Oakland Bay Area. Henderson is the new training center site of the soon-to-be-relocated Oakland Raiders.
I would miss Darius — that I knew. I also knew that a number of die-hard Raider fans would need help relocating. Building on the successes I’ve enjoyed in my 30+ years in the real estate profession as a relocation consultant, property manager, sales agent, and broker. I felt I could make relocating an enjoyable and exciting experience for clients rather than the major life stressor that moving often can be.
Raiders Relocators. I think it has a nice ring, but don’t let the name fool you. Our relocation consultancy knows no boundaries — clients need not be Raider fans either! If you are, though, we can get you settled in Las Vegas in time for the first game at Allegiant Stadium for the 2020 season.
